UFO is an Unidentified Functional Object, a single-story prefabricated house that is suitable for a wide range of uses. It can be, for example, a guest house, a home office, a spa room, or a vacation home in the wild. The building rests on steel or concrete foundations, and is lowered into place pre-assembled. Custom options include portable electricity, underfloor heating, heated windows, solid wood inbuilt furniture, fireplace, shower or bath. UFO houses are available in different sizes. When placed on the same plot, they form a versatile, cohesive whole.
UFO is part of the Kosmos Collection and it has been realized to be exhibited during the 2022 Fiskars Biennale, part of the House by an Architect exhibition.
